PERSPECTIVES with Elizabeth Graham (Part 1)

As early career teachers, Elizabeth (Libby) Graham and I chat about her journey into teaching from the finance sector, and some of the biggest challenges she's faced on entering her new profession, including how COVID affected both placements and her first year of teaching. We explore navigating the headspace of having a sick day, and behaviour management. In the Bonus Part 2 episode, we talk about the things Libby has learned over the last 2 years in teaching, and shoot off some quick fire strategies for engaging in difficult conversations with students, parents and colleagues.
